New in 22" Our Dark Phoenix will rise. This Firebird replacement set is like no other. Beautifully dressed in a few cover options (We prefer the black chrome) with hot wound coils around Alnico 2 magnets. The Dark Phoenix provides a smooth classic tone with creamy highs, loose bottom and a subtle midrange push that really fattens up the tone giving players a full dynamic and harmonic range suitable for any situation. Even wound hot they retain that single coil quality to that old firebird pickups are famous for just with a little extra to push your amp and your playing to new heights!!

Ordered a firebird pickup after consulting with Kris about what I was wanting and he recommended an Alnico 4 and a custom wind for a les paul I was building out. Unit came in and sounds and looks absolutely amazing! Top quality, great looks, love the engraved back plate. Handmade right here in the great white north! Thanks Kris!

Firebird Strat

Keep up the good work. I'm really enjoying these firebird pickups in my strat. It's a bit wacky, but I think it's just what I was looking for since I'm not really a strat guy. I play a lot of country and blues, and this will do both very well.

TC204 set on 2006 Fender Tele (USA) with Bzzzzkill

The tones that the TC204 produce are quite remarkable. The differences of tones these pickups give when playing through a clean amp brings additional midrange frequencies which give an added ‘maturity’. In other words I’m really liking what I’m hearing and am having a hard time putting my instrument down. This guitar was also used for beta testing the new Bzzzkill. A 60hz noise cancelling device for single coil pickups. (Check it out on socual media)

Awesome alternative rock sound

Love these. Mostly play things ranging from funk rock to grunge and these cover all my bases.

Great pickups as always!

This is not my first order from here, they always deliver fantastic quality pickups that sound great. This alnico 2 p90 is pure p90 tone. Gets dirty when you want it to be, and cleans up when you want it to. Very articulate as well. One of the better p90's I've tried.

P90 HB w/ Alnico 4

Fantastic sounding pickups. I put these in an SG and it absolutely sings. Alnico 4's sound so crisp and warm and the quality of the pups seem to be nope notch. Great price for tailor-made, Canadian craftmanship. A++ !!!

The Covers that changed the style

When I picked out these pickups, I picked out some pickup covers that would make the guitar look cool. The radiator covers with the gold foil just made this vintage colored guitar look fantastic. I couldn't be happier!
