Customer satisfaction is very high on our priority list. We understand that you are taking a leap of faith in us and our products. With that in mind we want your experience with us to be nothing short of world class. Our confidence in our pickups is the highest. I build every pickup with the intention of putting into my own guitars. To back that up we offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee, at any point you are not happy with your pickups for any reason, we will refund your money or replace with a new pickup(s). We also attach a 5 year warranty on each pickup. In those first 5 years after original sale date if your pickups stop working for any reason related to normal use. We will make sure they or replaced or repaired at no cost after we have inspected the pickups. We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your tone for years to come.
